hmmm. this is adult form yes? do you have the cube (dont know the name of it) that allows you to get evolved spectrobes? if you dont, you can wait as long as you like, but it wont evolve. if you do, does the funny symbol move and make a funny jangling noise? if it does, poke the spectrobe with your stylus and it should evolve. if it doesnt, i dont know.

u need the zeta cube to be able to evolve spectrobes. it's the 6th cube in the cube list. you can get it from Cyrus after giving his the blue keystone
