Sorry but the one hundred launches cheat to go to the moon is a hoax, it is impossible to get deoxys or jirachi from going to space. If you wanted deoxys sorry but the event has already passed so the Americans probably have deoxys. To get him I suggest Action Replay as it is the only way to get deoxys now.

But, it is true...100 weeks playing sapphire is not going to get you to the moon...It is probably a hoax cheat, made to raise someones rating

Good...the only cheats to get deoxys is the Action Replay and Game Shark cheats, but personally, get an Action Replay..

I've heard that Game Shark can crash your game, and that would be a bummer, especially if you got deoxys
