How to get Nosepass:
Go to route 106 and go in the granite cave. Go deep into the cave use rock smash on smashable rocks to find nosepass.

To get Rayquaza (LV.70):
To get Rayquaza, you must beat the Elite 4. Make sure you have the Mach Bike. Then, go to Pacifidlog Town. Go surfing east of it. Soon, you'll think there's nowhere else to go. But, Rayquaza is at a tower called Sky Pillar. While your surfing go up and go through a few rocks. Then go inside a small cave also named Sky Pillar. Once your out, there'll be a tower. Go in. Keep on going into the tower. Then, go on your Mach Bike. Cycle across the cracks. Keep going until there is a hard part of cycling. When your at a part where there is 3 cracks and one space on the thirdgo to the third. Then move left 1 space orjust go on the second and you'll fall. There'll be some stairs. Go in. Finally, go up the big stairs and save your game. Soon press a on Rayquaza and your about to battle the most powerful creature in the game at Level 70.

How to get two rare berries every day:
You have to go to sootopolis city. Go to the girl beside the three trees and talk to her and she'll give you two berries. (you can only do this once a day.)

Get a Beldum:
After beating the elite four go to the house Steven gave you. In there will be a letter. Read it. After you read the letter go get the PokeBall on the same table the letters were on. Pick it up with less then six Pokemon in your party. Inside will be a Beldum.

Braille to the Regis:
To find Registeel, fly to Fortree and head east out of the town (left). Head right down route 120 until you reach the lady who gives you the Wiki berry where the path now heads east again. To the left, walk up the stairs and continue up through the tall grass. In this area you will find a cave with six large rocks around it. Enter it. The braille on the far wall reads: "With new time, hope and love, aim to the sky in the middle." This means, move to the centre of the room and use fly. Once done, the braille on the wall with break into a cave.

To find Regirock, fly to Mauville and make your way up north (up). Pass the family that has battles with you and pass the rocks that need rock smash used on them and at the end of the path turn right into the desert. Move towards the bottom of the desert to the cave that looks like the one before. Enter it. The braille on the back wall reads: "Right, right, down, down, then use strength." It means walk two steps to the right and then two down. Use strength with a Pokemon. The braille will now crumble away leaving a hole. Crawl through and Regirock is yours.

To obtain Regice, fly to Petalburg City. Be forewarned, this one is tough to catch. Move west out of the town. Keep on going west until you reach the area below Mr Briney's. Go south (down) onto the beach and surf. Surf as far as you can to the left so you don't miss it. Surf down until you find an island with one trainer on it. Hop off and cross to the left of it. Surf again, but this time go up. You will reach a cave just like the others. This time read the braille and don't click again. It says: "Stop and wait. Wait for time to pass twice." his has to do with the history it all, but just keep the window open until it closes and yet again it reveals a hole on the wall. Crawl in and Regice will be waiting.

Note: You must complete the stage with the braille in the currents before these cave are open.

To get a coin case go to Slateport city. Go to the poke mart and buy a habor mail then go to Mauville. Go to the girls house that is next to the game corner and she ask you to trade say yes and you get the coin case.

What is the best starting pokemon?
First of , there is no best. Treecko is the fastest leveler but he is the weakest at higher levels. Swampart level slower than Trecko but is more powerful then him at the higher levels. Blaziken levels the slowest of all but is also the most powerful. For sapphire I would suggest choosing Blaziken, because he is a good fit with Kyogre.

Is it best to level a single pokemon or many at a time?
My answer to this may surprise a lot of you but im going to say that you will complete the game faster if you only level a single pokemon. I always level my Blaziken until I get a Kyogre, then I level him until I beat the Elite Four. After beating the Elite Four, you should level many pokemon, but before that just leveling one will save you time and make the game easier for you.

What pokemon is best for defeating the Elite Four?
In my opinion Kygre is the best choice. You should teach him the following attacks: ice beam, waterfall, hydro pump, and thunderbolt. With these attacks you should be able to destroy everyones pokemon except Glacia’s Glalies. This is where choosing a Blaziken comes in handy as his fire attacks can easily kill them in a single hit.

Which pokemon should I use my master ball on?
I would suggest using it on either Latios/Latias, or Deoxys. Kyogre, Rayquaza, and Groudon can all be caught on ultra balls (even though it may take a while) .Latios/Latias will flee after a single turn making it near impossible to catch them with an ultra ball. Also it takes so long to get to Deoxys that you don’t want to get in space and run out of ultra balls, because you will never haver another chance to catch him.

What is a good team for Battle Frontier?
My team is a Kyogre lvl 100, Rayquaze lvl 100, Groudon lvl 100, Deoxys lvl 100, and Machamp lvl 100. I haven’t ever lost a battle with this team. Now if you can’t trade with anyone I would suggest a water/ground (ex. Swampert) psychic (ex. Alakazam) and fire (ex Ninetails) and put in whatever legendary pokemon you have.

How can I catch Deoxys?
To catch Deoxys you must go to outer space. To do this got to the space center in Mossdeep City. Talk to one of the scientists on the first floor and he will tell you how many rockets have launched successfully. Once this number is high enough he will ask you if you want to go to space(say yes) . Once in space you can catch probably the coolest (not to mention most powerful) pokemon in the game.

How can I get an Igglypuff?
To get an igglypuff or any other baby pokemon gfor that matter, you must put one of their evolve forms in the daycare center with a Ditto. Leave them in there for a while and when you go back you should receive an egg that will hatch into Igglypuff.

How can I get my Golbat to evolve into a Crobat?
Golbat evolves from happiness. So if you just give him the exp. share to level him up he will never evolve. Instead, put him first in your lineup and battle and win with him a lot. Also give him pokeblocks and enter him in contests. After you have done these enough he will evolve.

How do I get Metang?
Metang cannot be caught anywhere in the game. To get one you simply need to beat the Elite Four, then go to Stephen’s house in Mossdeep City. There will be a pokeball on his desk. Take it and you have a Metang who will eventually evolve into the very powerful Metagross.
