i will tell u what to do step by step: 1- catch wailord(fish with super rod in route 129) 2- catch relicanth (u can find it under water in rout 129 and 126 3-make relicanth your first pokemon and wailord the last one 4-back to the cave and press (A) on the last inscriptions the cave will start shaking then the lairs(regice.regirock.registeel lairs) will open after u do this tell me to tell u how to open each lair from insid (u under stand) if u dont know where is the lairs i will tell u ok if u need any help iwll tell u it will working i swear
