when u go 2 the space center my thing says only 99%.How do u raise it 2 be 100%?thats all i need 2 k

you can get a dragon scale when you defeat a bagon or horsea but they rarley posses it.

Well, I've heard rumors about if you go to a real pokemon center like in New york city, they might be able to download them into your game.

I got this from googleand I dont know if it is true but you can go to the space station in mossdeep and talk to the guy looking out the window in a white suit. hell say that's a successful launch. that's successful launch number_! if the number is 56 or higher you can go to the moon and get deoxys. if the number is 100 or higher you can go to the moon and get jurachi.
