nevermind, i tried the oblivion wiki page and found that the butler sells it, and that he sometimes fall of the bridge of castel skingrad and die.( what a idiot)

lol that orc guy i talked to him just in time i was looking for him than i saw him by the bridge so i talked to him after i talked to him he fell off after like 5 secs lol!!

Yeah I Was trying to edit that so he doesn't fall, but for some reason, the way bethesda programmed the script, it didn't include coordinates, more like getting from A to B as the crow flies, rather than taking the senceable route which doesn't lead to your death by falling off a brige...

So I couldn't find any coordinates to edit, if you do find the guy dead just use the ressurrect command in the consol, click on him when you bring up the console then type in ressurrect.

Hey i have downloaded a mod for oblivion that lets me skip the first dungeons unfortunately it did not start off the main quest could you give me the code for deliver the amulet

This is the quest codes for the entire quest, pick out the bits you need and disregard the rest.

MQ02 10 I witnessed Emperor Uriel Septim's assassination. Before he died, the emperor gave me the Amulet of Kings. He told me to take it to someone named Jauffre, and that Jauffre would know how to find his last surviving son. He warned that the assassins were in the service of the Lord of Destruction.

MQ02 20 Baurus, one of the Emperor's bodyguards, told me that Jauffre was the head of the Blades, an order of knights sworn to protect the Emperors.

MQ02 30 I've arrived in Chorrol. Now to find Jauffre at Weynon Priory.

MQ02 40 I've arrived at Weynon Priory. Now I must take the Amulet of Kings to Jauffre.

MQ02 50 I found Jauffre and gave him the Amulet of Kings. The Emperor's words to me filled him with foreboding. Mehrunes Dagon, the Lord of Destruction, is one of the princes of Oblivion, the demonic world. Jauffre fears that with no Emperor on the throne, the daedra from Oblivion may be able to invade our world.
