I could use the code to update me thru the Dead drop 3 assassin quest please, Some how it bugged and the NPC will not spawn *sigh* so i am currently stuck as a silencer.

i assume you mean the Quest "Broken Vows" where you have to kill off the Draconise Family anyway i'll give you:
~use these after you get the dead drop~ This is the Quest before "Broken Vows" "Next Of Kin" (open up the console and type the following) Player.SetStage Dark11Kin 20 then Player.SetStage Dark11Kin 30 then go get your next dead drop
The next Quest is "Broken Vows" after you get the deap drop type in: Player.SetStage Dark12harem 20
go get you next dead drop
The Next Quest Is called "Final Justice" after you get your dead drop type in

Sorry to correct you Kole_Skepar but i dont think you have the right code for the horses, i think that the code you want is Player.PlaceAtMe then the horse code, you did get the horse ID number right though
