hang in there. it actually evolves at level 55.
now its 45. is there a trainer that has lv. 55 pokemon that i can train pupatar with?
Why don't you go to Battle Tower on 7 island? the Pokemon there are the same level as the strongest fighter in your team, so enter and let little Pupitar duke it out, while a high level pokemon waits in the back of your party.

on leaf green you cant get umbrion or espeon there is no night and day
