i used legendary johto pokemon and latias and latios because they say u cant use the hoenn ones except for latias and her brother but u can use johto legendaries such as raikou, lugia and ho-oh but i dont know about kanto pokemon....also u only have to beat the elite four once then when ur back at home go down stairs and ur t.v. will be flashing once your dad has given you ur ticket watch it and it'll tell you about a red (or blue depending on what games)pokemon flying about hoenn but it's job to find because it moves about

the sky pillar is near pacifalog hun. you surf east from it then when you see rocks with a hole bettwen them up above you and two trainers facing different ways go through the gap kepp surfing along the path and youll get to the sky pillar.
