To get to islands 4,5,6,and7 u must beat the elite 4,have 60 or more pokemon,and then go get the National pokedex from Prof.Oak after beating thy elite 4.

There isn't a buy rare candies code but there is to get some for free(only for Action Replay 5.9) I will post the code. Rare Candies: 77DB5497 D7EEE8C96 I have Action Replay 5.9 and it works trust me!!!!!!!!!!
