im confused i have no clue how to beat the elite 4 AND the rival i can beat all the elite 4 but my pokemon r all drained of hp by the time i reach the rival!! i have all three birds moltres,articuno,and zapdos,and i have a venusaur at lvl 62!!!

just because you have the legendary birds doesn't really mean you have a great team. I will give you an excellent team line-up for the elite four. Raichu:Thunder,Thunderbolt,Thunder Wave,Shockwave :NOTE:Raichu will be good for alot of the water types that Loreli has,rivals Gyarados. I suggest a good fire type like Ninetales but you can keep Moltres :NOTE: Moltres is good for Loreli's ICE ONLY type:Jynx and rivals exxegutor You can have your Venasaur take care of Onix and Rhydon.:NOTE: Do not use Venasaur on Loreli's pokemon because all her pokemon have a ice type attack. You are going to need a strong Psychic type for Bruno's fighting-type and Agatha's poison-type. I reccomend Alakazam. :NOTE: make sure he knows Psychic And you will need an ice type for Lance. Lapras is a good suggestion.Just make sure you be careful with Aerocactyl. Lapras is super-effective by Rock-type attacks. And last your Rival:Keep Raichu in the teams front position for Pidgeot. Next use Venasaur or Lapras for Rhydon. For Alakazam pokemon with a strong physical attack like body slam or double-edge. For exxegutor use moltres' flying attacks or fire attacks. For Gyarados use Raichu. And for Charizard use Lapras and/or Raichu. Get a good ground/rock type pokemon also for Use Ground Attack:Charizard, Ground for Poison-types, rock for Dragonite and rock types for ice pokemon except for Slowbro.
