Is it just me or the human enemies are also in God mode. The guy with the shield at the embassy doesn't die until I turned off the cheat.

Don't use God Mode. Everything works without it. The unlimited health is good enough.

i just did that mission and was able to kill him without a problem. had god mode and unlimited health turned on

I've progressed to the west and it seems any humans I fight with doesn't take damage from me. I'll try not to use God mode, just the unlimited health and see what happens. Thanks guys.

Now I know which setting causes human enemies to have unlimited health, Unlimited Health Party.

If it's turned on, human enemies can't be damaged.
