I have tried almost everything that you all have suggested and have spent over 1 hour and still no success. It keeps locking up or it just spins and spins but will activate the trainer.
I'm using Mcafee and white-listed aurora and didn't help either.

Please help.

I clicked on the support ticket box but nothing came up. I tried 3 times still nothing.

I would recommend removing McAfee, as at this point, it just bloatware. If you're on Windows, I would recommend using Window Defender.

Also, check to make sure you have the right .net software installed. Sometime, that does the trick for me.

Games aren't the same anymore. Single Player games aren't appreciated. WHY!?
