Rest now in peace Jaks, your words of wisdom will live on. My thoughts are with the CH crew as well. Sorry for your loss. I love this community, and it is a loss when we lose a wonderful contributor. Mentors are especially tough to lose. To honor them by taking the lessons learned and paying it forward. It is rare to find someone who makes you want to be a better person. I did not know Jak privately, I only had a few conversations with him. I'm really sorry for everyone who has had private conversations with him and knows him. Such a loss is always tragic and I know too well the pain of losing a loved one suddenly.

@PWizard, you don't have to regret never telling him. He knew and he will always live in us. Legends never die! You were certainly a good friend to him. You are a great and wonderful person. Take with you everything he taught you.

I wish the family, friends, colleagues, relatives and loved ones all the best and much success in dealing with this loss. Be as strong as he was in the fight against cancer, you can do it.

I offer you with pleasure to write with me about it, if you need it. Even if it is just to get rid of sadness or anger, pain.

My sincerest and deepest condolences. I do not recall having conversations with Jaks. However, Jaks sounds like an excellent partner to guide you in the right direction. I wish I had a partner to trust in my line of work. Anyway, Jaks may he rest in peace and hope he is in a better place. Again, I'm sorry for your loss, and Live Long and Prosper in our hearts and memories.

Omg wow this is sad news for all of us here damm. Even though I didnt get to know him that well , I did see him on here alot and helped out tremendously ! Again this is sad news condolences to the all family and friends cancer is a terrible thing he will be longed lived here at cheathappens that's for sure. ! Rest in piece friend.

When @DragonStryder told me the other night about @Jaks passing, I genuinely did not believe it. Those that know me on here know I have been going through my own battles with mental health, psychical health problems caused by that and covid-19 and recently my heart issue that arose last year.

It feels like only yesterday since I told @Jaks what happened to me. I did not know anything about the cancer or I had forgotten it due to brain fog which has been brought on by the covid-19 I had.

I used to talk to @Jaks on a regular basis about the games we played, talk about UFC and wrestling etc. We fought alot to that was due to my stubborn headedness. But always made up. But we didnt make up from our last fight and here I am saying sorry on a post for what happened. It feels empty cause its not in our messages.

You helped me stay in this world. You listened to me struggle and cry make mistakes and see me help people on here to. I was so proud of everything you did on here for me for the team for the community.

I am angry that this has happened am angry that I wont be able to bear hug you when I see you. Like I was planning to when I fixed myself. To see your pad in person that your nephew made other than just the photos. Heck to ask again have you slept in the bed yet and not still in your lazy boy chair.

@Jaks there is another empty hole in my heart now. I want to scream and shout to who ever it was that put this in motion to give you back to us! But I know it wont happen. I know I wont be the same man I was before and I will always regret not saying sorry to our last fight.

I will miss you so very much, I have lost a brother another father figure in my life. I hope where every you are you are at peace in your lazy boy gaming on that over powered PC and enjoying yourself.

I wont go on anymore other than. Am sorry for our last fight and I hope you forgive me and I hope you are resting in peace as you deserve it for everything you have done. I miss you so much!
