Hey, did you perhaps follow the below instructions that's shown on the first page of the message boards?
"PRESS F1 WHILE YOU ARE IN THE GAME AND CAN MOVE AROUND, NOT AT MAIN MENU"
If you are pressing F1 at the main menu, it doesn't work, as the trainer only recognizes the game when you are in the game instance (where you can move your character). The main menu isn't a game instance so injecting it does not do anything.

I am well in game but perhaps it's because I'm in a multiplayer game I will try in solo later

Trainer is strictly for solo play. It is clearly mentioned in the instructions. Reports that the trainer "isn't working" due to players attempting to use it in a multiplayer environment, when it is clearly stated it isn't meant for that, is just going to frustrate the trainer author and send this trainer to an early grave.

just to be clear before people throw things in my face: I never said I was trying to launch the trainer in multiplayer ! I have eyes... I know we can't do it
so as I feel like I have to justify myself... just before I was in solo and it didn't work ^^ after that a mate asked me to play with him so obviously it didn't work either AND that's normal ! Okay ? I know that ^^
and finally after I went back in solo it worked... don't ask me why
