I'm literally doing my best and I do sincerely apologize for those unable to access the site. It's just hard moving to a whole new server and then a new firewall service on top of that with a start from scratch firewall configuration.
Chris, take a beat and take a breath. I get the feeling that you're stressed and a bit overwhelmed.
Server moves are hard, even under the best of circumstances. That's part of my job and big moves require weeks of planning on our part so I understand and empathize.
Don't sweat it and the people whining about the downtime need to find more productive uses of their time. It's just gaming.

I work for a tech company that's near the top of the Fortune 500 list. I don't think we've ever had a server migration go 100% to plan. No matter how much money or how many people you throw at it, sh*t happens.
Chris, you really shouldn't take this out on yourself. Especially since you don't have full control of all the pieces (like DNS propagation). You recovered gracefully, and that's the important part.
