Super Metroid for Super Nintendo (1994) is my all-time favorite game, the year was 1992, I moved here from Ukraine where I had to pay $5/hr to play Atari at a bar which was the highlight of my life. (Ukrainian currency was never worth anything really, most people even back in the early 90's wanted US dollars)

So I go to a store called Good Guys and I want to buy a Super Nintendo with Super Mario All-Stars, they're out of the Mario games but the store manager insists I buy this game called Super Metroid which I never heard of, keep in mind I just moved here from another country and I don't even speak any English.

The store manager told me that if I don't like it, he will give me my full money back ($64.25). So I had to buy it and to date I beat that game 26 times. Really an awesome game.
