I have a list that I got off the Gamespot website around the time the game first launched. It lists all the planets that you can scan that have war assets and planets that have salvage. Who should I send it to? The file is a PDF file.

You're going to want to post a direct link to the file. The URL you gave is for the home directory of your dropbox and requires someone to sign in to dropbox.

How do I post a direct link?

There is usually always a button that says share, then you get a link to cut and paste.
