You've only been here since mid-August, so there's that. But what you're asking is really no different than asking your mechanic to fix your car for free, or your lawn guy to not charge you for maintaining your yard.

Our programmers are in the gaming industry, sure, but the products they're making are very much work to them. They deserve to be paid.
