it'd be great to have unlimited health,speed boost,easy kills,jumps,easy drive,mass changer,horse power changer,no colision,unlock all parts and cars,mega credits i guess.

Has the single player offline campaign even been completed and added to game yet?

Yes,man! Now game has nice career mode and it looks beautiful)New cars,tracks,new physics.New cars and new friendly user interface.

Hmm, I wil have to check it out.
I know the devs said they were going to have the game finished by summer, or end of the year at the latest.
I thought they had some kind of console cheat mode though? Or was that only for the early access?
I definitely will use credits for a trainer for this game though, as I spent a lot of money kickstarting it.
