Question about having a lifetime member account what exactly the point of having it when 90% of the trainer are retired or it cant be made? This is why i dont see the point of having a plus on my account.

Do you have irrefutable facts for claiming that 90% of the trainers are rejected or retired?

There are 67,351 titles in our database. There are 1,218 retired (which also includes those that a trainer cannot be made for). Google calculator says that this is 1.8%. Just a wee bit off from 90%.

If you don't think you're getting anything out of Lifetime and/or Plus, I'm happy to cancel your account.

We made over 3,000 trainers in 2017 alone. That's more than every other trainer group and site COMBINED.

Cosmos and the CH trainers helped me in tons of games.

They saved me 100's of game play hours of boring grinding.

The CH team works hard so I don't have to when I play games.

As a thank you, I am a lifetime plus member.

CH team keep up the good work. Even though there are games that are retired, you guys still have a lot that are not.

Canceling my account wont get my money back or solve the problem Not including the early access i know they update a lot and not all 67k trainer are in working condition press F1 "Activated" doesn't really do any thing i did followed the instruction on how to add it on exclusion or disable your anti-virus for a few minute and running it on admin or do a few things in your game so the trainer would recognize some thing i do understand that the programmers have life and need money to buy and drink coffee. I see a retired title game that has no old trainer on them it just retired i am having a hard time playing a game to know its story even on easy difficulty i cant beat the boss i am trying to beat it so i can continue the story line but the game title is retired so i have to deal with CoSMOS tables that they may have it or not then i would be stuck on a game story that i cant continue cause i am a noob at it yes i have read about when the game title is retired it cant be requested any more. excuse my English and Spellings or the lack of use comma and period.

I SEE it this way i never have had any regrets for lifetime plus
i am 67 years old now and fighting colon cancer so the trainers give me hours of enjoyment playing games
which also takes my mind off the relentless pain i have every day
i have like 550 games from steam sure would like trainer for all of them but that is
not realistic nor should it be

I am in the same boat.
I started using the free trainers before I upgraded. I started using them because I could not get past 1 certain part of a game after 50 tries, or for a couple games I didnt like very much but wanted to finish since I spent the money on the game.
Since I used maybe 5-6 of their trainers, I decided to upgrade to Lifetime (there was no + back then) JUST to show CH thanks for making the trainers.
I have used at least 1 trainer per year since then.
But, lately, since I have become Disabled, I use a LOT more trainers, as I cannot game very well anymore.
I also game to try to take my mind off of the pain, like you sir. I hope your cancer gets better, and you get better, and dont have to suffer.
I WOULD get a Lifetime + membership, IF I could, JUST to show them my (still very much) appreciation for what they do: Make me able to still play games and try to take my mind off my constant pain.
Unfortunately, I am not able to make a + payment, as I dont have a job, nor any income at all, because of my disability.

So, for the OP, why didnt you just ask for a certain trainer, OR PM one of the CH members for a refund, OR ask someone in the Cosmos forum section to maybe make one for you, OR try to make one of your own using the Cosmos tool?
There are many avenues for you to take, rather than being mean and angry for something CH never did?
