It must be my computer but Malwarebyes hasn't once given me any issues what so ever. I am not sure what all this is up to with Windows Defender and now this Malwarebyes. I didn't have issues with Windows Defender either. Not saying that this isn't legit but it just seems odd that you guys are suddenly saying that we need to contact Windows Defender to get them to whitelist Cheathappens and now to get a refund on Malware Bytes? How about Kasperski? They give me errors left and right with cheathappens and there is nothing going against them? I am sorry but it just all seems fishy.
It's not fishy. It's fine if a security product wants to block some trainers. Those, people can come to the website to get help on, read how to add exclusions, contact us, etc. Malwarebytes is blocking OUR ENTIRE WEBSITE. If you have their "web protection" module turned on, you cannot visit CH at all. If you don't wish to support us on this issue, that's perfectly fine, but when the money runs out because security companies like Malwarebytes block all potential new customers then you can say bye-bye to the trainers.
I will submit a support for cheathappens but I just wish that I could actually it happening before I submit a report.
Install the latest version of the software. Update to the latest definition files. Turn on the "Web Protection" module. Then try and visit cheathappens.com in multiple browsers, may require a reboot, but did not in my case. Gave me immediate errors and also showed up under the Reports tab of the interface.
