I like the convenience and lack of clutter with digital downloads. But in the old days it was cool to be able to sell a game you didn't want to own anymore. That was how I got into the gamer life, bought my very first game on Craigslist -- it was COD 1!!

God I remember games like Kings Quest and King Of Chicago which I played on a monochrome monitor. But for something a little bit more recent I remember playing games like Wing Commander. God that was a good series of games.

I prefer digital too but I wish everything was DRM free. My only issue with the gog solution is that you need galaxy for multiplayer for some games. Otherwise I love gog over any other site and buy games there if they are available. Unfortunately most devs don't care about their Gog products very much compared to steam.
