Since the options only work if you're playing as the color green, then they should work in mission mode if one of them make you play as green. In the first mission for example you go up against green and red, and as such the options won't work there.

I think the default color for the player in missions might be blue, but I'm not certain.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
