Hey. the options seem to not work every once in a while, and when I reboot the trainer while in-game as described in the instructions, the trainer enters a "not responding" loop and I have to end the process in task manager.

Sounds like something interfering with it.

Please disable/uninstall all antivirus, firewall and other security software including browser addons and extensions. Right click "Run as Administrator" on trainer and game. Please note that some security products may still block access to trainer injection even when disabled and must be completely uninstalled. If this is the case, please contact the product vendor for instruction on the proper way to prevent the trainers from being blocked by their software or find a better alternative.

I think "expand cityborders" would be a great feature for this game.
Is there a posibility of adding this in the future ?

AV is completely disabled, trainer is running as Admin, injecting at main menu, using options after clicking a city. I tried resetting the trainer as well while in-game. I think I just have a unique problem that nobody else has, but idk what. Not too worried about it though, it seems to work if I re-launch the game and exit then open the trainer again a few times. Just wanted that gold boost

Doesn't work [for me at least] when playing a saved game. Previous version of this trainer did though, and worked with Gedemons YnAMP, as the standard maps in Civ 6 are not "Earthlike", but for some reason this trainer doesn't appear to work with saved games, using this mod.
I saved a game late last night and had a decent sized army with various units and the relevant promotions, and a decent amount of money too, nothing obscene [11,500] All set to attack Germany [Barbarossa] but I had to go out, so I saved the game, and restarted it this morning. All units, improvements etc are fine but the trainer doesn't do it's stuff at all, despite hearing the relevant commands "Trainer activated" when started, and "Activated" when using the relevant keyboard command.


As I said I'm using YnAMP - Yet (not) Another Maps Pack for Civ6 Alpha .7 and I don't know if you've tested or used this trainer with this version, or others of Gedemon's YnAMP [available from CivFanatics] so it might be worth checking to see if this causes a conflict. Reason I'm saying this is because they're in Alpha mode and doing constant updates to it. (just looked and the one I'm using is now "out of date" Newer version released a few days ago [with updates]

I ran the trainer then started and loaded the saved game and this trainer simply doesn't work. I've tried it a few times too, following your instructions, so the problem may be a conflict(?) between the trainer and the mod.

Yes, we will not ever support the mod along with the trainer. You will just have to choose one or the other or find a way to make it work on your own. Sorry.

just checked and the trainer is current with the current version of civ 6. our trainer may not work if you have mods installed.

if the trainer stops working between loads/saves or etc. then try the first option. If that doesn't work, save your game, then start civ 6 and the trainer over from scratch.

another note, that later in the game it may require more presses of the options to fill the completion bars of things that are being worked on (i.e. research, units, civics, etc.)

Does the trainer not make sound?

I'm used to all the trainers saying "Activated" when a cheat is used, but this is quiet.

I was having issues getting it to work, but after a reboot it appears to be working, at least for Gold, but it still doesn't make any noise.

Just curious if that's by design, or my machine doing something wonky.

Make sure trainer version matches game
