Update: Should have done this first or why did I never thought about doing a search on Microsoft Support page.
Turns out found a way to get the trainer to work with Windows 10. Seems they added a feature and did not tell anyone about it. If you have a Microsoft Brand keyboard and it has a key called FLock (depending on your keyboard, my is located between F12 and PrtScn). Turning on FLock allowed the trainer to work.
All trainer options work... 😀
