As others have mentioned, the public order cheat is causing adverse effects. It does provide "stable" public order by putting it at 0. However it does not allow public order to increase beyond that. This value does not update if you try to input any other number in the box in the trainer option.

There is a quest for the Dwarven faction which requires minimum 10 public order in your main province. This quest cannot be completed if public order is 0.
Hey everything is working wonderfully, but I can not for some reason give my HEROES any skill points or make them level up, it only works on the Lords. Is there someone that I am doing wrong? Or is this the way the trainer was intended to work?
They did at some point update the trainer because at one time the skill points only worked on lords so if you re download it, it should work fine. It works for me.
Does anyone know if there is an easier way for diplomacy or anything like that. I always try to get confederations but it never works. Always says low
There are mods in the steam workshop that cover that. Just do a search for diplomacy and you'll find em
is anyone having a drama with god mode i think i must be missing a mechanic as my units continue to take damage if someone can run me through the mechanics of this one it be really appreciated

Once you have used it in a fight. Remember to deactivate it. Then reactivate and select the troops before you start the battle. Then boom all should be groovie.
