I still can only get option 1 to work. public order, 1 turn units, god mode and surplus population are the options I have tried but they do nothing. I bought it through Steam today. any help would be greatly appreciated. I'm running it on win 7. Your trainers are great and I really have never had an issue with them before. Thanks for the help.

Yes, I read the NFO. For example, the surplus city population for greenskins cheat is timed and turns off automatically. I tried the hotkey and clicking on the city, having the city selected and hitting the hotkey and then i tried both and then end my turn. No results. Same for god mode. In the deployment screen I hit the key, select unit profiles but they still take damage in battle. I try again in battle and no results.
As others have mentioned, the public order cheat is causing adverse effects. It does provide "stable" public order by putting it at 0. However it does not allow public order to increase beyond that. This value does not update if you try to input any other number in the box in the trainer option.
what sort of problems does stable, 0, public order cause?

we literally have thousands of people using the trainer. Your problem generally lies in one of the solutions addressed in the troubleshooting section
