Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
It's normal some funvctions auto disable themselves.
Beside the two bugs I have reported others are working fine.
-Numpad 7 to lessen enemy makes the game crash if the battle is not fought auto resolve.
-Skil point/level doesn't not work anymore with Chaos champion/lord but fine with other factions.
Otherwise it's still working fine.

This trainer needs an option to reset skill points to 0. Using negative number in the add skill points cheat isn't working (in fact its giving me like 200 and something even with -9 when on over 30) and if your guys still have skill points everytime you end turn it pops up to tell you, THESE GUYS HAVE SKILL POINTS TO SPEND! EVERY STUPID TURN!

To reset the values of the skills you only need to change the value in the custom value place to 0
(click in the cheat in the app to custom the value as you could custom the key) , isn't really a add skill points(understanding add as last value + new value) is a set value.
Never use it with a negative value

About the errors that you mention I have to say that after trying them I went to these conclusions.
The numpad 7 I havn't tryed it but looking at what you have specified it looks like is an internal error in the total war app becouse of some memory editings ( probably, becouse I don't know really how these trainer works)
I don't think that is something that can be solved in the trainer app, the only thing that could be made in my opinion is to put some message about that in the instructions.
About the skill point and level I've tryed theme in all hero/lords of the chaos faction without any problem.
Just to maybe solve your problem I have tryed that if you are in the page where you edit the buildings it dosn't work as is logic.
But when you are in the page where you look your army, there it works.
So I think that there is nothing to solve right now.

I have tested option 7 on my Empire long play and it works fine and it appears the skill point bit has been answered.
