Thank you for the update Cal.

The game has been updated again and the trainer does work. However the trainer is affecting the AI and is not building anything apart from the oil refinery.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

Trainer in Carnage mode is still stopping the AI from Building and fielding armies

the carnage mode is for turning on when you want to quickly defeat a large force in front of you. toggle off if you feel it is prohibiting the AI from creating armies. Also note that you may have left option Cut AI Supply Lines on, which also will do that (that is it's purpose)
