I was looking for a trainer for this game on GCW and the promo led me here, never hear of CH before today.

Used to use a lot of no-cd patches back in the days (back in the C&C Generals days), anyways, back on topic.

I'm wondering if I buy a a single instance of this trainer (no interest in monthly accounts as i never use trainers, believe it or not, this is my first trainer I'd be using) and the game gets updated, will i have access to the updated trainer or will i have to buy it again?

No, if you purchase the trainer individually you will receive any and all updates that are made in the future. We can't guarantee that it will be indefinitely as sometimes developers change their games so dramatically through patches that we are unable to update it further. This is rarely the case, but just wanted you to be informed. If it is at all possible, we will continue to update this trainer for as long as we can.
