Things I tried so far:

-Restarting the trainer
-Restarting CH Manager
-Shutdown and restart the PC

and nothing so far. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I don't really understand at all why you chose your trainer update to be only 32-bit. I have the GOG version 1.20.3919, which is 64 bit only. So I bit the sour apple & went to steam to buy the latest version (1.20.3919 too) but I found the that minimum requirements as I listed below. Anyone care to elaborate?
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM:
OS: Windows 7 (64-bit)
Processor: Dual Core 2.0 GHz
Memory: 4 GB RAM
Graphics: DirectX 10 class GPU with 1GB VRAM
DirectX: Version 10
Storage: 3 GB available space

I am assuming that it's listed that way because it has 2 EXE files on Steam, one is compiled in 32bit (SP) and the other is 64bit (SP/MP). You would need to ask the game dev's to be sure.

Would it be possible to get a 64-bit version of the trainer? I cant seem to find a way to get STEAM to download the 32-bit.

Try launching just the Thea.exe

i have spent couple days without any finding ways to run it outside 64 bit mode.

According to Steam forums the single player game is 32 bit and multiplayer is 64 bit onl.

32 bit branch is for 32 bit single player. Multiplayer never fit within 3 GB offered by 32 bit system to the application so it was always 64 bit.

Maybe Try a different branch.
