No telling just what that refers to but I doubt that it's much of a problem. Get back in your game and kill sumthin and it won't bother you a bit.

No, but seriously, there's always some small bugs who don't make sense, as: why my toolbar, that I lock to 2 rows, always revert back to 1 row each time I restart my machine?
And that's only one example

Well you can find a lot of results on Google like on TechNet and Steam Forums etc but the only answer I found that made any sense was related to UNIX and the "epoch date."
