    Aiming with gamepad is for amateurs, but there are some games that are much more fun with gamepad like car/flight/space sims, fighting games and of course platforms.

    I know a guy who is playing World of Tanks with a steering wheel, foot pedals and a mouse.

    It seems a third choice is missing ...

    That would be cool while wearing "Oculus Rift" goggles

    But seriously, I wouldn't change my G700s and G910 for any console controllers in the today market (yet there's still exist ported games only playable with console appendixes, I know, I still regret some speedy purchases) until they come up with some gloves that would send keyboards & mouses shyly to the bench.

    But since controllers are made to control some pixels on my display, yes, I really prefer to have my mouse fine tuned and easily adjustable...oh yeah, and comfy too

    For most games like 3D shooters, adventure games or RPG games, even for the simulator series, I prefer mouse and keyboard.

    The only few games where I prefer to use gamepad controller is for some 2D platformer games or some racing car games.

    @B4Marc

    I agree with you bro, that G700 Wired or wireless mouse is fantastic. It offers 5 profiles, dual mode scrolling and 13 Programmable buttons that can be any command or keystroke and better yet, records Macros. I setup 5-6 macros of 4-6 game commands and gaming is just so much more fun, I couldn't imagine gaming without it.

    I think I'm going to try their G502 Proteus Core that has adjustable weights, the only thing missing on the G700. Controllers have their place and can be useful but I'd never give up the mouse and KB setup.

    Yes, the G502 look great too, but, for me the removable cord and the battery choice (rechargeable or not) of the G700s feels more adequate for my gaming pleasure

    I still keep the huge Microsoft "Trackball Explorer 1.0 PS2/USB compatible" [url]youtube.com/watch?v=LMThrtaqs0s'>Link (youtube.com/watch?v=LMThrtaqs0s) in case of disaster

    And combining both G700s and G910 give me an extended array of programmable macro keys
