Those reporting CTDs, can you please let us know what, if any, DLC you have installed? We are currently using just the base game to test and update trainer.
Hi!
Personally I use version 1.21 of the game with all DLC and both (Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine) Expansions installed.
Before the blood and wine and game version was updated to 1.21 i had no problems with the trainer though so it's possible it's related to the blood and wine expansion and the latest patch.
GOG v1.21 with all DLCs. I am using set options, like Health and Stamina. The exception of Toggled being Easy Crafting and Gwent where apliccable. Turning them off when not needed. Crashes occured either during cinematic sequences or while simply travelling around the world. Not once did a CTD occur during any actions, combat or dialogue.
Switched to a table from CE and I have not encountered any crashes since.

After installing Blood and Wine this trainer doesn't work any more.
This is not helpful at all. I'm quite sure if that was indeed the case, there would be about 10,000 people saying the same thing.

Without a repeatable savegame, this information is useless. If we should just retire the trainer so everyone can use the much better CE table instead, please let us know and it will be done.

The Health, Stamina, Toxicity or Unlimited Potion don't work for me.
Trainer just says activted every time when I push the keys.
Some other options working though.
Also the game crash sometimes when I use trainer.
those crashes happen in game, cinematics or menu within the game (not main menu).
I'm including recent autosave file.
I am just playing the game and it crash just before i entered in the right portal, i am pretty sure that it's cause by trainer. Without trainer i can pass the portal. Attach savegame file just almoust infront of enter to the fortal. I hope it will help.
Thanks for this save game.
I did the following
1) deleted my current trainer
2) downloaded fresh trainer from our site
3) did integrity check using STEAM on this game to ensure it's fully updated
4) ran trainer
5) ran game
6) F1 at main menu (Activated)
7) loaded your save game
8) walked in front of and all around before entering portal
9) entered the portal
10) went through portal on other side as well
I experienced no crash.
I was NOT in Steam offline mode either
So I have to ask a few questions
1) what options did you have on when you have crashes?
2) is there some particular thing I need to do to crash the game or do you just walk into the portal and it crashes?
3) are you using steam version?
best,
Cal
In order.
1. First time I start the trainer, start the game, load the save only then press F1 and used health and increased inventory space. Second time I just start the trainer load save and then press F1 thats all. In both case it bring Crash to desktop. (I didn't want to say that pressing F1 not in main menu became the reason of this crashes. In earlier versions it worked)
2. Just enter into the portal without doing anything else
3. I am using GOG version. I've already scan cache in case of any errors I tryed to do it a couple time's. Sometime's the game redownloading some file's 4mb weight. But it was 2 or 3 times and it wan't help.

For some reason i still got CTD time to time. When trainer is not activated game works fine. After activation game crashes everytime on attached save. Tested many times.
Still good trainer, save early, save often 🙂
crashes when you load the save?
I need to know what exactly REPEATABLY crashes the game.. so I can reproduce it here.
best,
Cal
My bad.
Just activate trainer and walk to end of cave and start conversation. After dialogue done and cutscene ends, game crashes every time (at least for me).
