Thanks for this save game.

I did the following

1) deleted my current trainer
2) downloaded fresh trainer from our site
3) did integrity check using STEAM on this game to ensure it's fully updated
4) ran trainer
5) ran game
6) F1 at main menu (Activated)
7) loaded your save game
8) walked to Hugo and back and forth and all around the cave for like 4 minutes...

I experienced no crash.

I was NOT in Steam offline mode either

So I have to ask a few questions

1) what options did you have on when you have crashes?
2) is there some particular thing REPEATABLY that I need to do to crash the game or do you just load the save and it crashes while loading?
3) are you using steam version?

After releasing Regis from the cage and walking to the doorway with him on your shoulder, the game crashes 100% of the time I try with the trainer activated. Without trainer activated it passes with no issue.

I have noticed that every time the game crashes, Steam shows the game as updating very briefly. Upon reviewing network usage, there is a very small blip of usage by Steam that coincides with these crashes. It looks as if maybe the game is periodically running a file verification, which would explain why people are experiencing crashes at set points in the game.

for some reason this savegame is gone.. can you repost it?

9) entered the portal
10) went through portal on other side as well

Dumb question:

when you mention that you "downloaded fresh trailer from our site" does this mean that every update to the June 1 trainer will be copied over this trainer, not changing the "June 1" bit?

I am saying that sometimes people download the trainer to different places or their internet cache is reloading the old trainer or the new trainer is named wit3- whereas the old trainer might have been w3- or any number of things.

If you delete your current trainer and then re-download, you know you have the most current trainer.

i know for a fact that this game also has issues with all the separate DLC and then updates that sometimes files or even the .exe itself aren't actually the most current versions. This is why I do integrity check.

Whether your situation will be improved by my suggestions, I don't know, but I am reporting what I did and my results here.

Some people are reporting that being in offline mode helped.

I try to test with trainer that is downloaded from actual site and not on my own computer just to make sure I am using what the members are using when I test.

Hi!
Personally I use version 1.21 of the game with all DLC and both (Hearts of Stone and Blood and Wine) Expansions installed.
Before the blood and wine and game version was updated to 1.21 i had no problems with the trainer though so it's possible it's related to the blood and wine expansion and the latest patch.

After installing Blood and Wine this trainer doesn't work any more.

I got both DLCs installed and started a new game. Everything worked so far.
