this game is from 2006. it appears to me mostly explore and quest/adventure..

what exactly would the trainer be needed for?

also does someone have savegames that would help us to get further into the story without having to play for 24 hours?

I haven't played this game in a while, but here are some suggestions:

    Inventory items:
There are four fixed medical treatment items in the inventory. There could be options to...

    -Add Bandages
    -Add Splints
    -Add Sutures
    -Add Antidote

Or just have them not decrease after use.

Otherwise, some obvious ones to try for would be:
-Infinite health (unless scenarios cause scripted insta-death)
-Restore sanity (the sanity meter decreases when you witness gruesome or macabre things, or if you're under great duress for too long)
-Invisibility mode (stealth often plays a key role in many portions of the early game; having an option to avoid detection could be useful)

I never finished the game, but I do recall the midpoint drifting away from the more adventure/puzzle elements and more towards a straight up shooting gallery. These parts aren't particularly fun, so having some kind of invulnerability to get through them would lessen the tedium.

I can't think of much else. Morphine and ammunition are the only other items that get used in plentiful amounts throughout the game.

too late.. we dropped the title.

this title crashes our computers if with alt-tab to use our trainer making tools, mainly because it's so old and the emulation to make it work on modern CPU with modern graphics is causing the problems.
