well it will not take that file name, the error I got finally said it was deleted due to it MIGHT having a virus.
Windows 10 I have the directory for my games excluded, as well as the directory all my zipped and unzipped trainers are. First time for this error, NO other trainer is getting this message. what Directory does this trainer attempt to create the file? Windows\temp, or is it one in the users temp file. Will try excluding all temp directories. 🤔
I tried associating the file with notepad, now since I cannot find a program that will read it. Since I have NO clue how the trainer works, ie what folder it uses, and is it associated with What?

The file ~Mnn133.tmp is created in the Windows tmp folder. Does your AV has a quarantine module where you can restore files and maybe exclude them instantly from there?
Other than that you have to exclude the Windows tmp folder first, run the trainer with admin rights, open your AV and file exclusion, browse to the Windows tmp folder, select ~Mnn133.tmp and create the exception. After this you should delete the Windows tmp folder exclusion as this poses a security risk.
It might work now because your AV has automatically submitted the suspicious file to the AV company and got a false positive response and now allows it to work.
