Only titles currently in our trainer queue can be boosted. And only titles which got at least 3 reports move up in our trainer queue.

Verify if game hasn't been updated (still matching version #), that you own the game on supported distribution platform and you are activating trainer options properly as instructed

Sometimes clearing Windows Temp folder, browser cache, deleting current trainer, rebooting PC, downloading trainer and running with admin rights again solves it.

If none of these work or game version and trainer version are a mismatch you should file a report for an update.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.
