Great idea with the Editor - really like the options!
However, I can not get the changes into the game. I follow the instructions to point, yet no changes in game. Can anyone specify instructions a little further?
Many many thanks!

Some changes are only visible when you save and reload the game. But you can easily check on the editor if your change has been applied if the editor shows your new value.

Ok thanks! It resets to 0, so am going to experiment a bit more. :-)

May I ask you a question, have you compared the values to your values ingame? I fear you may have not read the instructions or you have a misunderstanding in how it works in general. Before the editor can display the values (and before you can make any changes) the editor needs to load the values from the game.
Simple check: Compare a value ingame, if it has a value of 10 and the editor displays 0 then there is something wrong and you should read the instructions to see what you have missed.

Yes, thats the way I understand it too. Think I just had to give it a little more time, because now theyre there.

Only thing that's still not working is Hitpoints / Max Hitpoints. (Neither in the trainers editor options nor in the savegame editor)
I can edit the values to whatever I like, it sticks in the trainer / editor but is not reflected in the game.
Am I missing something?

I've noticed that hit points are different from your health ingame. But don't blame me and don't ask what they are for. All editor options are taken by the game variables. Means the developers have added and labeled them and my editor and the savegame editor offers the possiblity to change them. Are they useful / helpful? You decide.

After takinga closer look I noticed ingame health is actually labeled CON.
However, when opening an un- edited savegame the hitpoints value displayed matches the CON value, but editing it does nothing.
Is it possible that there's an other value that needs to considered which is just missing in the trainer / editor?
Since the 'Infinite Health' option in the trainer is working that seems somehow unlikely, or is the trainer touching other values than the editor?
