Never underestimate the power of the .....


long walks.

They burn a lot of calories. As does sleep believe it or not, never go to bed hungry, not only will you lose sleep but you will feel drained in the morning and will eat more that day.

absolutely right! i find that when i go to sleep hungry i sleep as much as half the time i would usually sleep and i wake up with a terrifying munch
