Op makes me think he does not realize that this version of Lara Croft is 17 years old, and is set BEFORE Tomb Raider 1...I mean not only does she look younger, she also displays a distinct lack of experience when initially dealing with various events in the game, this alone should scream prequel tbh.
This is not meant to be insultive or anything, but simply doing some research from within the game will tell you this is her first or possibly second field expedition she has ever been on compared to the seasoned explorer she is in the original batch of games.

OP is mostly complaining about the new LARA not being sexy enough and not having new outfits for him to see.

Just saw a gaming article that took a poll on the actual gaming community as a whole. It's not 95%, though it's not 50/50 either. Women CAN make upwards of 40%, but they're being pigeonholed by the game developers and men acting like women don't play games. At the moment, most games are being created and aimed at the male audience; however the companies are now realizing just how big of a cash cow women really are and are trying to produce games that will bring them in (hence reinventing some characters). At the moment, women make up roughly 28% of the gaming community, though with the mad dash to create new games that will appeal to the female audience as well as males, that figure may reach the goal of 40%, or even higher. This isn't feminism at all, it's simple math. Women make money too. The companies want that.
On topic, I like the new Lara. She isn't a dominatrix with guns, and she isn't all knowing about everything (Pointy end of arrow goes in the enemy, fyi Lara. Oh, and don't drink mexico's water, wash your whites separate from colors, fork on the left, and don't eat yellow snow... also the cake is a lie ).

I find her to be very cute she's so lovely, and the way she is killing men and surviving the wilderness. I love it, it shows women can do alot more

i think the new Lara is more attractive, more human and not looking like a silicon star the old look was abit overdone and i agree with Liara it shows that females can kick about as much arse as any male.
Since there are people who give me crap for my grammar and is to lazy to check my profile I will say it here as well. I am dyslexic so give me a break as I *TRY* to spell correctly.

I just think it's just awesome that she starts out so unconditioned and turns into this seasoned killing machine/explorer.
