Prior to the patch, the following features worked:
Numpad 1: Unlimited Health
Numpad 2: Unlimited Energy
Numpad 3: Super Speed (would have to periodically re-enable)
Numpad 4: Super Jump (would have to periodically re-enable)
Numpad 5: Tactical Synergy
Numpad 6: Mega Ammo (only worked for Predator Bow consistently and other weapons sporadically)
Numpad 7: No Reload (did not test)
Numpad 8: Invisible (did not test)
Numpad 9: Increased Accuracy (did not test)
Numpad 0: Unlimited Inventory (works once again, after I re-read the user guide to press the numpad 0 before the mission loads)
F5 key: 99 Nano Upgrade Points (never worked for me)

Before the latest Hunter Edition patch was applied, I had to log into Win 8 as admin - Trainer would not work under user account even if I opened Trainer with admin rights. This is with or without anti-virus/anti-spyware disabled. When logged in to Win 8 as admin, Trainer worked as listed above and didn't matter if anti-virus was enabled or not (functionality and limitations were the same).

With the latest Crysis 3 patch, however, the game shuts down soon after I press any keypad button and none of the features work any more. Apparently, Crytek has put in some new detection code

EDIT: 27-Feb-2013 latest Trainer works again with Crysis 3 1.0.0.2 patched version of game.

GAME PATCH == NEW TRAINER NEEDED

Thank you, Chris. I'm pretty happy with the latest trainer and am having great fun doing crazy stuff in the single-player campaign.

I've just d/l the most current trainer and went to run it but it crashes the game instantly, origin did update the game to version 1.2.0.0 on both product and file and the exe size is 31.6M just before I ran the game, hope this helps

Did the trainer work for you before the Crytek/Origin patch update?
