Well..

One of the most epic failures(?) in this game is the Spoiler:

First time you hear about her is in the Collectable Audio-Logs the dude talks about her having lost one arm..

First time you meet her se is missing one arm

But the 2nd. time you meet her she got her arm back. WTF!! how did that happen???

I am really happy I didn't pre-order this on Steam and waited for the reviews to come out.

Yup, I enjoyed playing it like ServiusTheBear did. No doubt, its very disappointing but on the other hand you'll get served pretty good if you kind of overlook certain things. And like already mentioned, the queen part was the most disappointing thing in there in my opinion.

And about the ending sequence: Nobody got a clue what its about I guess?
