Just be patient guys. The CH staff are more than likely well aware that the game has received an update and would possibly appreciate the updated .exe sent to them in order to create a new trainer.
Out of all of the trainers i have used from CH i have never had it crash because the game has had a update, just wondering how long it normally takes for the new version to be posted?
As soon as they get around to it, but they're usually very quick with AAA titles, as long as people don't whinge and moan constantly about it.
On a side note, as much as I loathe Ubisoft for their DRM shenanigans, at least with Far Cry 3 launched via UPlay in offline mode you can just abort the update and it will let you launch whatever version you have currently installed.
