for those who just want money cheat, first you need to enable the cheat by going to "feature customizer" tab, change the money value from 0 to whatever amount you want e.g 9999.
Once that is set, press numpad key 9 "refill tools" to have your money value change.

Hmm, trying to use newest trainer and it keeps freezing my game. I made sure it was set to uplay and have Framework 4. Starting it before starting game and even before starting uPlay itself. Freezes no matter how I try to use the trainer.
