I had the same issue with the trainer crashing immediately upon hitting F1.
Running Win8 Pro x64 and Steam version of the game
I have gotten the trainer to work though.
Start the trainer in admin mode Select Ubisoft Digital for the AC3 version Start the game Switch the AC3 version from Ubisoft to Steam F1 no longer crashes the game
Sadly, this option also causes a game crash. Although I thought it might, being I have the Uplay version. Tried it both ways (Uplay to Steam and visa versa). I've never had an issue with the other trainers. This is the only one I've had issues with, so I'm thankful for that. ^^
Sorry for the bother you guys, but I deleted my AV software, and excluded all programs as well as ran everything in Admin. Yet the game still crashes when i choose any ONE of the options provided for the UBI soft version of the game, i tryed the steam Version out of desparation and it obvs does not work. Any help to fix this Uplay crap would be great...
Edit, So. yeah Im a dumbass and i did not see the very bottom trainer that is for RETAIL 1.01. Im sure that is what others are doing, trainer works perfectly. MY BAD. Love you Guys.

Is anyone having issues with the stealth not working? I am on a mission were I am in enemy teritory when I have to do everything without being seen. I activate the stealth and it says it is activated but when I go up to a guard to check they see me. I am using the Steam version of the game.
I got the one under the Steam+UPlay version to work, though not entirely. Teleport to waypoint indicator works but Teleport to objective doesn't. (Easy way around objective is obviously to use waypoint teleport) And fly doesn't work. Tried using it to get one of the perch points that keeps forcing me to dive into a haystack (so annoying). The fly option just keeps me stationary and running in place; cannot move at all.
Hi!, I need some help. My ASSASSIN´S CREED III TRAINER/EDITOR (STEAM+UBI DIGITAL) does not work. I've bought my game at Steam’s shop. I play it through the Uplay environment. This last version of the trainer does not work. After pressing F1 the game freezes and it’s not possible to play it anymore. I’ve tried to select both Ubisof Digital or the Steam option at the starting menu of the trainer and still does not work. At the bottom of the menu screen the message “ GAME ISN’T RUNNING” is always present even after starting the game. Could you be kind enough to help me solve the problem? With the previous versions of the AC3 trainer it worked perfectly. Regards, MRA
