Defender´s Quest: Valley of the Forgotten Cheats
You probably need Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 or above, otherwise the trainer will crash.
You can download it here: www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?id=21
(Youll only need to install it once)
Using this Trainer
Launch the trainer first, then launch the Game and then Press F1 at the Main Menu.
Listen for Trainer Activated.
Press desired hotkey (trainer) and/or double click on a value (editor) to change it.
Numpad 1: Freeze Health
Numpad 2: Refill Psi
Edit: Maximum Psi
Edit: EXP In Battle
Edit. Skill Points
Im sorry to say but this game creates and uses memory only when needed. This didnt even made it difficult to deliver a trainer it
will be also difficult to use the trainer in the right way. There is no way around, so please read further about getting the
trainer to work. PS: If you hear at any time a sound playing Failed to inject youve probably done something wrong. Read
instructions and try again.
- Getting values:
Has to be done a single time during a game session.
During or at the start of a battle make sure your psi value gets loaded by using a spell or creating a unit. Now tab out and press
Get Health/Psi/EXP button or press F1. Wait for the SECOND Trainer activated sound. Now you need to get some psi dropped an
enemy OR click on a spell and then click somewhere on the map and for health you need to get in contact with an enemy before values
will be displayed on the trainer. The health value contains the value of your unit currently being attacked by an enemy. Freeze
Health works for all of your units. About Psi the value gets refreshed each time you get psi from an enemy and the current psi
value cant be higher than the maximum psi value. By pressing Refill Psi your current psi value will be set to its maximum but
keep in mind that the value needs to be refreshed by the game itself. Edit EXP In Battle to get more exp out of a single battle.
The EXP will be displayed at the end of each battle. Last but not least i recommend to turn off Freeze Health at the end of a
battle to avoid any conflict. If you have Freeze Health activated and create a new unit its health will be 1, this is caused by
the game as it will declare the unit as friendly after a few miliseconds. This is not a bug and its not avoidable except disabling
the option before creating a unit.
- Skill Points
At the end of a battle youre on the EXP/Level screen. Click on a character and mouse hover the skills. Tab out and click on Get
Skill Points or press F2. Wait for the SECOND Trainer activated sound. Again mouse hover the skills and edit your available
skill points on the editor. Spend a skill points on a skill to let the game refreshing the value.
While youre on the world map, press the Options button ingame and close the upcoming window. Tab out and press Get Scraps
button or F3. Wait for the SECOND Trainer activated sound. Now open and close ingame options again, edit value and for a third
time open and close options window ingame.
- Skill Points
I followed the instructions to click a character, move the mouse over the skills (does it have to be one skill or just the area where the skill tree is shown? I just have the cursor sitting on top of one), tab out to the trainer, press F2/click on the Get Skill Points button, and then wait for two "Activated" confirmations.
I only get one "activated" sound and then, the mouse cursor turns into a busy/working symbol and it comes back with a "Failed to inject" error.
I actually can't seem to get any of the editing cheats working but the Refill Psi is fine.
