    If this will be an mmo only? Ya Frel that. Im all for an elderscrolls game with co-op as then serv you have your sp but then people like me who like co-op can player the game with others. I will agree tho this game can not be an mmo. They would have to change the combat and the hud around so much it aint a TES game. They are frelling morons end of story.

    TES is not even a game that is made for co op that is the thing. TES is around that one person you (single player). So even having co op in there would mean having to change the story to compliment the second person. Which then would defeat the point of TES being the Greatest single player RPG that they have made over and over.

    It does? Fable and many other games didnt and they were still fun? Its just like having an extra compaion to help you. They dont directly affect the story in many ways but they are nice.(im not including side quests as *story* as they normally have minimal effects that while add up over time arnt a required thing)

    If you had read on a bit more you will have seen that I had already covered this.

    @LoopDaLoop.

    Are you insane! Hot key fighting system in TESO come on! Nearly! every other MMO has real time fighting. *Facepalm* This is a disgrace to TES!

    Bringing attention to it and making it a success so it keeps getting updated is one thing, but raving and praising it when so far it's just another generic MMO with a TES title is like praising a kid for his art when that art happens to be all over your wall.

    As a player that prefers playing single player, I am extremely hesitant to check out any MMO. As dstates pointed out, they generally just seem to be a monthly money sucker. Like others have also stated I worry that this move will not only cheapen TES series, but possibly eliminate any hopes of future single player releases. At the very least, I worry that an MMO will threaten the integrity and gameplay of a future SP game.
    That being said, the MMO is a huge market so it is next to impossible for any producer to evade the genre when they are still operating with a bottom line. Therefore, it falls on those of us that still remain loyal to the single-player experience to let companies like Bethesda know that not everyone yearns for a MMO experience. I know that regardless of the title, I myself am not likely to enter the MMO world. It is too costly and I still prefer the SP experience.
    That is the smartest thing I have ever heard anyone say about anything.

    I have to say this I am glad to call you a friend Admiral. You glow with the great knowledge and love for SP. As I and many others do. I will certainly be letting my feelings known to Beth politely of course.
