On the playground was where I spent most of my days
Chillin' out maxin' relaxin' all cool
And all playing Pokemon Blue outside of school
When a couple of guys
Who were up to no good
Startin making trouble in my neighborhood
I got in one little fight and my mom got scared
She said 'You're playing some big boy games like RE4 and FF12'
I begged and pleaded with her day after day
But she packed my gameboy and sent me on my way
She gave me a kiss and then she gave me my PS2.
I put my walkman on and said, 'I might as well kick it'.
First save, yo this ain't so bad
Shooting zombs and spelling curaga left and right
Is this what the people of hard-core gaming living like?
Hmmmmm this might be alright.
But wait, I hear the stories of bad bosses and all that
Is this the type of game that they should send this cool cat?
I don't think so
I'll see when I get there
I hope they're prepared for the prince of Omastar (Pronounce it Omastair, Make the rhyme work, dammit.)
Well uh, the first few chapters ended and when I came out
There was a dude who looked like a Centipede standing there with my name out
I ain't trying to get arrested yet.
I just got here!
I sprang with the quickness, like lightening disappeared
I whistled for a shop keep and when he came near
The bag plate said 'WTRUBYN' and it had guns in the rear
If anything I can say is that this guy was rare
But I thought 'Man forget it' - 'Yo homes that Matilda!'
I pulled up to the house about seven or eight
And I yelled to the seller 'Yo homes smell ya later'
I looked to this castle
I was finally there
To sit on my throne as the Prince of Castle on the stairs
But not all went well
They wouldn't let me win, the castle keep
I needed help to get Ash out of this spell
So I came here to Chu
Hoping that you'd help me with these zombs I must reap
And here I am, now counted as one of you.
The Fresh Prince of of Toasted Bread.
But yeah, to answer your question, I'm from Sacramento. And if it wasn't clear, I came to Chu for help on Resident Evil 4 and Final Fantasy 12 (but mainly RE4).
Atascadero, I pretty much grew up not too far from there. I used to live in Vandenberg Village just outside of Lompoc and Vandenberg AFB. We lived at Vandenberg when my dad was in the Air Force, then moved to The Village. Went to Cabrillo High School, remember playing you guys in baseball.
That was many many years ago, now I live just outside of Washington D.C.
